The location of the hotel is excellent, with a shopping mall conveniently located just across the street from the main entrance. The pool area is also a nice feature.

Great service! Remembered my husband's birthday and surprised us with a cake. Staff allowed late check-out, bed was comfortable, and room was clean. Excellent location near shopping malls, MRT, and food court. Enjoyed the infinity pool and handy phone for free international calls.

We loved staying here! The central location meant we could easily walk to all the attractions and the MRT station. Despite being located in a quiet area, this hotel had great service ranging from room service to laundry, tours/ticket assistance, and even happy hour. Our room was well-appointed and had great amenities like ironing facilities and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace in the garden furniture. The staff here are great service -they always had a smile and were willing to help which allowed us to have a leisurely, stress-free stay.
There was only one minor issue with the service as the staff may have benefited from more training which could improve the services provided. So, if you want to experience a lovely hotel with great amenities and service in this city, we suggest you stay here.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city. It is also surrounded by numerous shops, giving you plenty of options for shopping and dining. The rooms are cozy and have all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Fabulous location, comfy bed, quick hotel services, refreshing pool, relaxing ambience. Easy access to transportation, shopping, dining. Great lobby and room concept. Managed to catch fireworks at pool area. Good value for money.

I had a fantastic stay in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with white fluffy towels and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities, including the infinity pool and gym, were small yet sufficient for my needs. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was quite close to the MRT and within walking distance to the bay and the center of the city. the hotel was right by the Bugis network of small shops, the cheapest place to buy anything in this city. The breakfast provided was very good, with a wide selection of dishes, including tons of bacon. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.
